pan card के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज – pan card के लिए तीन तरह के दस्तावेज इनकम टैक्स विभाग द्वारा लिए जाते है वो है 

1. Proof of Identity – पहचान का प्रमाण 
2. Proof of Address- घर के पते का प्रमाण 
3. Proof of date of birth – आपकी जन्म दिनांक सम्बन्धी दस्तावेज 

 पहचान के प्रमाण के लिए स्वीकार किये जाने वाले दस्तावेज जिनमे में किसी एक की  फोटोकॉपी भेजी जानी है वो है 

1. Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India;  – आपका आधार कार्ड
2. Elector’s photo identity card;  – वोटर आई डी कार्ड
3. Driving License; – ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
4. Passport;  पासपोर्ट
5. Ration card having photograph of the applicant; ऐसा राशन कार्ड जिसमे आपकी फोटो हो
6. Arm’s license;  हथियार का लाइसेंस
7. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking; केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकार अथवा किसी पब्लिक सेक्टर द्वारा जारी पहचान का प्रमाण
8. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant; पेशन खाते की कॉपी जिसमे फोटो हो
9. Central Government Health Service Scheme Card or Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card – केंद्र सरकार द्वारा किसी स्वस्थ्य स्कीम या ex service man की हेल्थ स्कीम का कोई फोटोमय दस्तावेज

एड्रेस के सत्यापन के लिए स्वीकार किये जाने वाले दस्तावेज जिनमे से कोई एक आपको भेजना है 

1. Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India; आपका आधार कार्ड
2. Elector’s photo identity card; वोटर आई डी कार्ड
3. Driving License; ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
4. Passport; पासपोर्ट
5. Passport of the spouse; आपके जीवनसाथी का पासपोर्ट
6. Post office passbook having address of the applicant; पोस्ट ऑफिस के खाते की पासबुक
7. Latest property tax assessment order; tax return से जुड़े दस्तावेज
8. Domicile certificate issued by the Government; मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र

(ii) Copy of following documents of not more than three months old ये दस्तावेज में स्वीकार किये जाते है लेकिन तीन महीने से अधिक पुराने होने आवश्यक है 

1. Electricity Bill – बिजली का बिल
2. Landline Telephone or Broadband connection bill टेलीफोन या इन्टरनेट कनेक्शन का बिल
3. Water Bill पानी का बिल
4. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill गैस कनेक्शन का कार्ड
5. Bank account statement or as per note 2 – बैंक खाते की स्टेटमेंट
6. Credit card statement – आपके क्रेडिट कार्ड की स्टेटमेंट

Proof of date of birth जन्म दिनांक के सत्यापन के लिए दिए जा सकने वाले डाक्यूमेंट्स 

1. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or any office authorized to issue Birth and Death Certificate by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths or the Indian Consulate as defined in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (57 of 1955); नगरपालिका या जन्म मृत्यु पंजीकरण विभाग द्वारा जारी किया गया प्रमाण पत्र
2. Pension payment order;  पेशन से जुड़े दस्तावेज जिनमे जन्मतिथि अंकित हो
3. Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages; विवाह का प्रमाण पत्र
4. Matriculation Certificate; दसंवी की मार्कशीट
5. Passport; पासपोर्ट
6. Driving License; ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
7. Domicile Certificate issued by the Government; मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र
8. Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth – मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने दिया गया affidevit
